Making it accessible for all people

We believe that public space and public resources should be for all people. To ensure every neighbor can harvest from the garden, we will be installing two Accessibility Grow Boxes right along the sidewalk edge for those with mobility restraints. We will also be improving our eight grow boxes to be built higher with more space in between for folks to move around easier and also removing the fencing.

As we work towards reducing barriers (accessibility, safety, language, representation, communication, equality) for neighbors to participate in the community garden, please let us know how we can better serve you. We remain committed to learning and growing so we can be stronger together.
